(Click here to listen) June 8, 1933 ~ April 27, 2018 Carma Bushman Humphries passed away April 27, 2018 in Bountiful Utah at the age of 84. She was born June 8, 1933 in Fairview Utah to Jacob Denzil and Emily (Billings) Bushman. She graduated from North Sanpete High School and moved to Salt Lake City to work and attend college.

Carma married Arthur J. Humphries on August 4th, 1956 and they were sealed in the Salt Lake temple. Together they bought a home in Bountiful and raised 4 children. Carma was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

She was absolutely devoted to her family and supported them in every endeavor. She loved her grandchildren and spent as much time with them as possible. Carma loved to gather the family for any occasion and also loved to vacation with them at Lake Tahoe.

She was devoted to her sweetheart of 62 years and cared for him tenaciously in his declining years. Carma is survived by her four children: Tony of Bountiful UT, Craig (Wendy) of Castaic CA, Vincent (Larissa) of Bountiful UT, and Carlie (Drew) Neil of Farmington UT; fourteen grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and her siblings Donna (Thorpe), Boyd, Jean (Johnson), Lynn, and Therald. Carma is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Art, and her sisters Erma (Shelley), and Helen.

A viewing will be held at the Orchard 2nd Ward chapel at 3707 South 800 West, Bountiful UT on Friday May 4th from 6-8 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at the same location on Saturday May 5th at 11:00 a.m. Family and friends are also invited to a viewing beginning at 10:00 a.m. prior to the funeral service. Interment will immediately follow the service at the Bountiful City Cemetery at 2224 South 200 West.
