Carmine DeFeo, 59, of North Port, FL, formerly of Bronx, NY passed away on June 29, 2016. He was born on January 28, 1957 in New York, New York to James and Frances DeFeo. He graduated from Lehman High School in Bronx, NY.

He was an avid softball player and Yankee fan. Carmine shared many great memories and loved spending time with his family and friends. He always went the extra mile to help anyone in need, touching the hearts of all who knew him.

He loved to travel, do water sports and meet new friends along the way. He will be deeply missed. He was the devoted husband of Angela (Allain)DeFeo; loving father of James, Amanda, Alexi and Zachary DeFeo; brother to Louis and Jerry DeFeo; had many nieces and nephews and close friends he considered family.

He is preceded in death by his parents James and Frances DeFeo; brothers, Vincent and Joseph DeFeo and sister, Joan Marie Shenk. A visitation will take place on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 from 6-8 PM with a prayer service at 7:30 PM at McKee Funeral Home, 14538 Tamiami Trail, North Port, FL. A funeral mass will be on Thursday, July 7, 2016 at 10 AM at San Pedro Catholic Church, 14380 Tamiami Trail, North Port, FL.
