Espyville, Pennsylvania – Carol Ann Budzeak, age 72, died on Wednesday, May 15, 2019. She was born on December 25, 1946 in Bedford, Ohio, a daughter of Marian Grace (Simonson) and Edward Peter Doyle, Sr. Carol was a 1964 graduate of Pymatuning Valley High School in Andover, Ohio. On February 26, 1986 she married Raymond Joseph Budzeak.

Carol was a dental assistant for Dr. Linn W. Newman DDS for over thirty-five years in Andover. She was a charter member of the Andover Eagles Club and served as their treasure for many years. Carol enjoyed knitting, doing crossword puzzles, and was an avid fan of Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy.

She is preceded in death by her parents; an infant sister; two sisters, Theresa L. “Terry” Mills and Elizabeth L. “Betsy” Forsythe. Survivors include her husband of twenty-three years, Raymond J. Budzeak of Espyville, Penn; a sister, Nancy J. LaRusch; a brother, Edward P. “Ted” (Dori) Doyle, Jr., both of Andover and many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, June 2, 2019, at 2:00 PM at the Fraternal Order of Eagles, 6210 St. Rt.

85, Andover, OH. A graveside service will be on Monday, June 3rd at 11:00 AM in Maple Grove Cemetery, Andover, Ohio. Baumgardner Funeral & Cremation Service, Andover, OH, handled arrangements.
