Visitation Friday, May 10, 2019 5-8 PM at Hamp Funeral Home Funeral Mass Saturday, May 11, 2019 10 AM at St. Francis of Assisi Church Carol (nee Doherty) Moore, age 81, of Tonawanda, died Friday, May 3, 2019 at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital in Amherst. Born February 10, 1938 in Andover, New York, she was the daughter of the late Luke and Itta (nee Loucks) Doherty. Carol was a resident of Tonawanda for the greater part of her life and was an active member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish, where she was very involved with the Parish Outreach.

She was the wife of the late Bobby G. Moore, who died February 26, 1993; mother of Robert (Lisa) Moore of Buffalo, Kathy (Oscar) Seefried of Bristol, Rhode Island, Michael (Sharon) Moore of Tonawanda, Mark (Stacey) Moore of Buffalo, Jennifer Moore Baker of Tonawanda, and the late Richard Moore; mother-in-law of Gale Moore of the Town of Tonawanda; sister of Edith Ennis of Holley, New York; and grandmother of Jessica, Adam, Valerie, Emily, Lucas, Joe, Sydney, Maxwell, Mara, Kiera, Owen, Tyler, and Sam. Also surviving are many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 5-8 PM on Friday only at the HAMP FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 37 Adam Street at Seymour, Tonawanda.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM Saturday at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 150 Broad Street at Clinton Park, Tonawanda; the Rev. Michael Uebler officiating. Friends invited.

Interment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Town of Tonawanda. If desired, memorials to St. Francis Outreach, 73 Adam Street, Tonawanda, NY 14150, are preferred by the family.
