Carol Ann Nelson, 75, of Ballston Lake, passed away on Sunday, June 24, 2018 after a long term illness. She passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family. Carol was born on April 15, 1943 in Schenectady, NY to Homer and Beatrice Marshall.

She graduated from Scotia-Glenville High School and went on to attend Albany Business College. She worked at Clifton Park Rental Center and Carol Nelson Promotions. She was a member of the Southern Saratoga County Women’s Club.

Carol married Ronald G. Nelson on April 11, 1964 in Schenectady, NY. She is also survived by her sons, David (Ann) Nelson, Gary (Donna) Nelson and Ron (Day) Nelson. Grandchildren, Rhonda Nelson, Racquel (Alex) Bodensieck, Nick and Megan Nelson; and cousin, Marsha Hunt.

Services will be held at Evergreen Memorial Chapel, 2150 Central Ave. , Schenectady, NY on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at 12 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Hospice. Online condolences at www.
