Mrs. Carol Joy Hinson, best known as Bug, age 86, of Moss, TN, passed away on Thursday, May 9, 2019, at her residence. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, May 13, 2019, at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Union Hill Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will be at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home on Sunday, May 12, 2019, from 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Monday, May 13, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home. Bug is survived by 3 daughters, Linda (Hinson) Fraley and Stonnie of Moss, TN, Eve Hinson of Cookeville, TN, Glynis Hinson and Tim Copas of Moss, TN; 1 son, Larry (Butch) Hinson and Jayne of Red Boiling Springs, TN; 1 brother, Walter (Johnny) Hestand II; 7 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild as well as other, family, friends, and neighbors who mourn her passing.
