Obituary for Carol Eugene Mason Mr. Carol Eugene Mason, age 80 of Pryorsburg, Ky passed away on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 3:03 PM at the Tristar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tn. He was a member of Chief Cornerstone Baptist Church, he was a retired Chief Petty Officer from the U.S. Navy, he was retired from the U.S. Forest Service, and also from the Corp of Engineers. Mr. Mason is survived by his wife- Carolyn Baker Colston Mason of Pryorsburg, Ky; daughter- Christine (Jim) Roberson of Tiptonville, Tn; son- Douglas (Debbie) Mason of Herrin, IL; daughter- Cheryl Thompson of Cobden, IL; daughter- Denise (Johnny) Treat of Belknap, IL; daughter- Donna Jo (Joey) Colston of Mayfield, Ky; daughter- Wendy Hyde of Wingo, Ky; son- Jeremy Colston of Pryorsburg, Ky; son- David (Julie) Mason of Thebes, IL; one sister- Doris Hartline of Vienna, IL; 26 grandchildren, and twenty-eight great-grandchildren also survive.

He was preceded in death by his brother- Harold Mason; two great-grandchildren- Hannah Roberson and Hailey Roberson; parents- Charles B. & Dona Hood Mason. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, Ky with Rev. Keith Allred and Rev.

Ronnie Stinson, Sr. officiating. Burial with Military Rites will follow in the Ferguson Springs Baptist Church Cemetery in Aurora, Ky. Friends may call after 11:00 AM on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, Ky.
