CAROL GLEE (UPCHURCH) PICKARD, age 78 of The Forbus Community, passed away on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at her home. Memorial Service will be Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown. The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 28, 2018 from 12 Noon to 2:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.

She is survived by her: Son, SHANON PICKARD and wife SONDRA Grandsons, MATTHEW PICKARD ZACHARY PICKARD THOMAS J. PICKARD Sister, JANET HINDS A HOST OF NIECES, NEPHEWS OTHER FAMILY AND FRIENDS She is preceded in death by her: Husband-THOMAS H. PICKARD Parents-GRADY MARTIN and NORA (STORIE) UPCHURCH 1 SISTER 5 BROTHERS Jennings Funeral Homes in charge of services for CAROL GLEE (UPCHURCH) PICKARD of The Forbus Community.
