Obituary for Carol Miklofsky Carol Miklofsky, age 60, died peacefully at Banner University Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona on August 29, 2018. She was preceded in death by her mother Rita B. Nelson and her father Haaren A. Miklofsky. Carol is survived by her twin brother Alan Miklofsky (Annette), sisters Ann Miklofsky Stahmer (Tim), Kim Miklofsky Bayne (Bruce), and Miriam Miklofsky, and brother Dov-Baer Miklofsky.

A graduate of Rincon High School, Carol worked as a fashion designer and logo artist in her early years. She enjoyed crochet arts, creating drawings and illustrations, and designing original concepts for clothing and accessories. Services will be held on Friday, September 7, 2018 at 12:00 pm at Evergreen Mortuary Chapel, 3015 North Oracle Road, Tucson, Arizona.

Rabbi Robert Eisen of Congregation Anshei Israel will officiate. Interment will follow in the family plot at Evergreen. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Carol’s memory to the American Diabetes Association or to the Rabbi Eisen’s Discretionary Fund (code RN) at Congregation Anshei Israel.
