Obituary for Carole Moyes (Reed) Carole Ann Reed Moyes February 15, 1933- September 18, 2018 Carole went home to her Savior peacefully on Tuesday September 18, 2018 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado with her lifelong friend by her side. She was born in Creston, Iowa in 1933 to her parents Ronald James Reed and Mildred Vesta Wolfe Reed. She grew up in Creston and moved to Aspen Colorado in the early 1960’s and moved to Grand Junction Colorado in the 1980’s.

She was a secretary and homemaker as well as a volunteer with the Aspen Historical Society. She loved to sew, do quilting and gardening. She is survived by her son Eric of Aspen Colorado, brother Richard Conrad Reed (Brunhilde) of Maryland, nephews Daniel (Andrea) and Ronald (Sona) Reed, and grandniece Victoria.

She will be sadly missed by her family and many friends. A graveside service will be held on October 6, 2018 at 12:00 p.m at the Aspen Grove Cemetery in Aspen Colorado. To send flowers to the family of Carole Moyes (Reed), please visit our Heartfelt Sympathies Store.
