Carole was preceded in death by her parents Paul and Dorothy Chapman Barkas. Carole was a lunch lady in the Lake County Schools System, and retired in 2014.

She was also of the Catholic faith. She is survived by a son Sean , Lady Lake, FL, daughter Debi Henry , Nesbit, Miss, brother, Paul Barkas, The Villages, FL, sister, Judy Barkas, of New Hampshire. , Three grandchildren, Ronnie, Richey-Joe, Kylie-Rose and one great grandchild Vanessia.
