Obituary for Carolyn Atkins Carolyn Atkins of Kennewick passed away on September 6, 2018. She was born July 18, 1936 in Touchet, Washington to Lewis and Edith Snider. Carolyn retired from Welch Foods of Kennewick, allowing her to enjoy many activities she shared with her husband Joe.

They were active members of the Kennewick Eagles, , loved participating in car shows, camping, sporting events and other fun activities with their grandchildren. She enjoyed her Tuesday pinochle group and weekends at the Eagles. She was proceeded in death by her husband Joe and their son Louis.

Carolyn is survived by 3 daughters Rhonda (Ed) Wierman, Debi Jones and Barb Edminster. She also leaves behind 4 grandchildren who she loved dearly, Michael Rice, Andrea Bell, Joey and Jessi Edminster; 8 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Carolyn will be missed, never forgotten and loved by all of us.

We would like to thank the Hospice House for their care and prayers that meant so much to us. There will be viewing on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 from 1:00pm-2:00pm at Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, 1401 S. Union St. Kennewick, with the funeral service at 2:00pm, and burial to follow at Desert Lawn Memorial Park in Kennewick. A reception will follow the burial at the Kennewick Eagles, 115 N. Fruitland St. Kennewick.
