Mrs. Carolyn J. Vander Warf, age 80, beloved wife of Mr. Jim A. Vander Warf, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 7th, 2019. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Kevin J. (Stacey) Vander Warf; daughter, Jami A. (Morgan) Whaley; brothers, Robert (Joy) Jenkins of Inglis Florida, Dan (Patsy) Jenkins of Bath SC; a sister in law, Sara Jenkins; and grandchildren, Haley Vander Warf, Sara Beth Whaley, Jordan Vander Warf, Emma Whaley and Anna Whaley. She is preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Lucille Attaway Jenkins; and brothers, Gerald Jenkins, and Jack L. Jenkins.

Mrs. Vander Warf was a member of First Baptist Church North Augusta where she had served as a pre-school Sunday school teacher. She was also a pre-school director in Graceville Florida. She loved the Lord and was a faithful prayer warrior.

She will be greatly missed by all whose lives she impacted in the 80 years that God granted her on this earth. A funeral service celebrating her life will be held on Saturday, February 9th, 2019 in the chapel of Napier Funeral Home, at 3pm with the Rev. Kevin Steele officiating.

The interment will immediately follow at Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice in honor and memory of Mrs. Carolyn J. Vander Warf.
