Carolyn Kay (Culwell) Headlee passed away on February 12, 2019. She was born August 14, 1942 to parents John and Lena Culwell. She married Ronald Headlee on August 11, 1962.

They shared 56 years of Marriage. Carol is survived by husband: Ronald Headlee; four children: Jeffrey Headlee, Cheryl (Chris) Mantyla, Pamela (Karl) Samann, and Michael (Andrea) Headlee; Grandchildren: Matthew Headlee, Christopher Smith, Jonathan Headlee, Zachary Headlee, Jessica Ogilbee, Jenna Mantyla, Madison Headlee, Tyler Ogilbee and “adopted” grandchild Ryan; Siblings: Doris (Jack) Davis, Shelby (Wayne) Headlee, and Joyce (John) Scardina. She is preceded in death by Parents: John and Lena Culwell; Daughter: Patricia (Michael) Ogilbee; In-Laws: Harold and Wilma Headlee; Brother-in-law: Gary Headlee.

Carol is a graduate of Dublin High School class of 1960, where she met and then married her high school sweetheart. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and looking forward to the birth of her first great grandchild. Carol and her family enjoyed many fishing vacations to Canada, summer cookouts, lunch outings, as well as taking many cruises with her mother and sisters.

We would like to say a special thanks to the medical team at St. Luke’s Hospital located in Maumee, Ohio and to the support staff and medical team of Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
