Carolyn Lee Felter, 73, of Ellicott City, MD, passed away on Saturday April 6th, 2019. Carolyn was born in 1945 to the late Carl Pierce and the late Nina Pierce in Chicago, Il. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.

She loved well and was well loved. She was an active member of Glen Mar United Methodist Church and helping with the annual bazaar and homeless shelter. She was an Election Judge for Presidential Elections.

Among her many loves were, volunteering with the church. baking, cooking, watching horror movies, and cooking shows. She also was an avid cross- stitcher, and loved playing with her dog Fritz, a German short-haired pointer.

She is survived by her husband James H Felter, son James Cox (Julie) of Ellicott City, MD, grandson Steven Cox, and granddaughter Sydney Cox. She is also survived by her sister Mary Reed (Tom). She was preceded in death by her brother William Pierce.
