Carolyn Lloyd Lozada, 67, of Phenix City, AL passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at Piedmont Regional Medical Center in Columbus, GA. A celebration of life memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Vance Brooks Funeral Home in Phenix City with Rev. Robert Goodman officiating.

A private interment will be held at Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 pm EST at the funeral home in Phenix City. Carolyn was born August 14, 1951 in Phenix City, AL to the late Cleveland Lloyd and Marie Hood Lloyd.

She had worked in Sales with Menlow Park in Phenix City with many years of faithful service. She loved working as a volunteer for numerous Veterans programs and was a tremendous supporter and organizer for different charitable events. She was a very kind hearted person and a giver of her time, but her greatest joy was spending time with family and especially all her grandchildren.

She was a Christian by faith. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Gene Lloyd. She is survived by her children, Jaime Kay Lozada, Traci Lozada Harvey and husband Mathew, and Joseph Lozada and wife Kimberly, three sisters, Pat Cawley, Sandra Tillery and husband Andy, and Kathy Coggins and husband Steve; (10) grandchildren, Angelin Whitney, Eric Chase, Jacob Chase, Eden Marie Chase, Kelsey Lozada, Jaden Lozada, Grace Harvey, Autumn Harvey, Jordan Jones, and Kayla Rutledge, and several nieces, and nephews.
