Carolyn M. Smucker (nee Matters), age 80, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 17, 2019 at The Kathy Hospice in West Bend. She was born on August 19, 1938 in Athens, Ohio to Edward and Leota (nee Montgomery) Matters. Carolyn is survived by her children, David (Lori) Smucker, Patty (Fred) Schommer and Jim Smucker; grandchildren, Samantha and Bradley Schommer, Amber (Drew) Fakes, Anna Smucker; great-grandchildren, Sean Setzer, Gauge and Levi Jones.

She is further survived by other relatives and friends. Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Richard Smucker and her son Mark Smucker. Private Services will be held for Carolyn at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the Washington County Humane Society (3650 State Road 60 Slinger, WI 53086).
