Carolyn R. Stewart, 74, of Crestwood Kentucky, died Thursday, May 23rd, 2019. Carolyn was always ready to open her heart and accept you into her family as if you were born to it. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother William L. Devine.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Bobby L. Stewart; sisters, Mary L. Florence (David) and Rachel Begley (Bryan); brothers, Dwight Shaffer (Sherry Jo) and Barry Shaffer; brother in law, Gary Stewart (Walter); sister in law, Janet Wantland; daughter, Debra L. Long (Richard); sons, James L. Stewart (Sheila), David L. Stewart and Scott Jason Stewart; grandson, David M. Stewart (Kristie); granddaughters, Elizabeth J. Stewart, Ariel N. Long, Hannah L. Stewart, Ashley M. Long; 2 great grandchildren with twin great grandchildren on the way. A gathering of family and friends will be Thursday 2-7 pm with a memorial service beginning at 7. memorial contributions may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society or the American Cancer Society.
