Obituary for Carolyn Sue Hobbs Carolyn Sue Hobbs, age 63 of Franklin, TN passed away peacefully on October 14, 2018 surrounded by her devoted and loving family. Carolyn was born on November 30, 1954 in Henderson, KY, and was the oldest of four children. Carolyn grew up in Evansville, IN and Nashville, where she met her husband, Glenn, and had two children; Amy and Andy.

Carolyn was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and daughter. She was very proud of her family and loved spending time with them. Carolyn enjoyed gathering her family for meals and parties, and she especially loved the holidays.

She always added those extra touches to make each family member feel included and special. Carolyn was selfless with her loved ones and was the driving force of the family. She was deeply loved and will be forever missed.

‘And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus’ (Philippians 4:7). Preceded in death by her father, Lannie Boswell. She leaves behind her husband of 45 years, Glenn Hobbs; mother, Doris Boswell; Children, Amy (Kenneth) Zongor and Andy (Jennifer) Hobbs; siblings, Joyce (Richard) Krech, Lannie “Bubba” (Betsy) Boswell and Barbara (Carl) Shane; grandchildren, George and Caroline Zongor, Elizabeth and Victoria Hobbs.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00PM on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 11am-1pm Tuesday. Inurnment will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
