Carolyn M. Thompson May 27, 1945 – January 30, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| View Guest Book Entries| Send Sympathy Card Carolyn Thompson, 73 of Chillicothe passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family on January 30, 2019 following a courageous battle with cancer. Carolyn is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Larry Thompson. She is survived by her children Jeff (DeAnn) Thompson of Croton, OH, and Melissa (Woody) Hickman of Westerville.

She is also survived by her twin grandsons, Grant Carvel and Cooper Daniel Thompson; her step-grandchildren Ellie and Nathaniel Hickman; her brother Leslie (Beverly) Fox; and a sister-in-law Connie Fox. Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents Loren and Marie Fox, and her brother Phil Fox all of Chillicothe. Carolyn loved to travel and visit new places as often as she could.

She loved spending time with family and all of her many dear friends. She was loved by so many and will be missed dearly by those that knew and loved her. Funeral services will be held at 2pm Saturday, February 2, at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory with Rev.

Jack Norman officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Cemetery. Friends may call Saturday from Noon until 2 at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made in Carolyn’s name to: Heartland Hospice Memorial Fund, 333 N Summit St, PO Box 10086, Toledo, OH 43699-0086. The family would like to thank the dedicated and caring Heartland Hospice team for all of their care and support.
