Catherine Ann Layson Goodman, 87, passed away on December 5, 2018 at home in West Jordan, Utah. She was born on August 6, 1931 in Olathe, Kansas to Robert and Ethel Maude Bernice O’Roark Layson. Cathy married Foy “Slim” W. Goodman on December 21, 1951 in Olathe, Kansas.

Later divorced. Survived by her sons, Robert (Patricia) and Michael; daughter-in-law, Jolene; brothers, Charles and David (Joann) Layson 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Preceded in death her parents, son, Steven; sister, Ruth; brother, Robert.

Special Thank You to Willie, Benny, and Vince. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 10, 2018 at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State Street, Midvale, Utah. A visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service.

Interment, West Jordan City Cemetery.
