OBITUARY Catherine D Edrington March 30, 1927 – December 27, 2018 Catherine Duvall Edrington died peacefully on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at the age of 91. She was born on March 30, 1927, to James and Maggie Stewart Duvall in Leitchfield, KY, and grew up in Louisville, KY. She was an identical twin to her beloved sister, Jearleen “Jerri” Christmas, with whom she shared a bond that was truly unbreakable.

She also had four loving brothers, Alton, Ronnie, Foster, Arthur and Roy. All predeceased her. She married her sweetheart, Haskell Edrington, who passed on in 2008.

They would have been married 71 years this year. They had two children, Larry Gene Edrington, who lives in Louisville, KY; and Pam Magouirk, who lives in Harlingen,TX. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Catherine worked in her early life as a telephone operator but became a stay at home mom raising her two children. After the children grew up, she and Haskell moved to Merritt Island for their retirement. The family would like to thank her devoted friend and caregiver, Idia Santos and her husband Larry, for all the love and care provided to our mother over the last many years while she was unable to care for herself.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00am on Monday, December 31, 2018, at Florida Memorial Gardens.
