On March 22, 2019, Catherine Joan Starr of Parkville; beloved wife of the late Charles Starr Sr; devoted mother of Charles F. Starr, Jr. and his wife Renee, Catherine J. Dilley and her husband Edward Dilley, Jr., Brian D. Starr and his wife Donna, Barbara Joy Starr, Karen J. Schafer and her husband Francis, John L. Campbell and his wife Elizabeth and the late J. Stephen Starr; loving grandmother of Edward F. Dilley, III, Justin Starr, Erica Nicole Starr, Breanna Renee Starr; cherished great grandmother of Bryah A. Dilley. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Family and friends will celebrate Catherine’s life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services – Parkville, 8800 Harford Rd.

on Friday, March 29 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM where a memorial service will begin at 8 PM. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Catherine’s name may be made to Hill Hounds Animal Rescue and Sanctuary- P.O. Box 202-Denton, Maryland 21629.
