Obituary for Catherine Jane Hageman Catherine Jane Hageman, age 67, of Asheville NC, died Saturday, December 8th, 2018 at the Memorial Campus of Mission Hospitals in Asheville. Born 10/10/1951 in London England, she was the daughter of Betty Jane and Robert Gilmore Hageman, deceased of Asheville, NC. She is survived by two brothers, Rick Hageman and his wife Kim of Spruce Pine and Steve Hageman and his wife Suzanne of Asheville and their families.

Catherine, a very talented artist, was a graduate of the Ringling College of Arts and Design in Sarasota, Florida. She also completed the Hospitality Management and Culinary Art programs at Asheville Buncombe Technical Community College. Catherine enjoyed crafting, cooking, sewing and reading.

A graveside service is being planned and will be announced at a future date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Catherine’s honor can be made to Brother Wolf Animal Rescue in Asheville, NC. Words of comfort may be e-mailed to the family by going to our website; www.
