She was born July 25, 1922 in Clairton and was the daughter of the late Soisson and Margaret Postorious Gilligan. She was the wife of the late Raymond M. Adams, Sr., who passed away in 2005.

She is survived by son, Raymond M. (Judie) Adams of Elizabeth Twp. , daughter, Betty Jo Breegle of Clairton, 8 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 19 great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Janet Davenport.

Friends are welcome Friday, January 18, 2019, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township (412) 751-5000 Drew J. Gilbert, Director. A blessing service will be held in the office chapel of Jefferson Memorial Park, Pleasant Hills on Saturday, January 19, at 10:00 am with The Rev. Vincent P. Velas, officiating.

(EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT THE CEMETERY).
