Smith, Catherine Jean, 49 years old from Boynton Beach, Florida formerly of Wareham, Massachusetts was called home to Heaven on December 8, 2018. Cathy’s greatest love in life was her family. Cathy is survived by her daughters, Andrea and Jennifer and her son, Lee, as well as her grandchildren Piper, Griffin, Hunter, Riley, Gigi, and Cora.

Cathy is also survived by her loving mother, Nancy and beloved sister, Jennifer. Cathy was predeceased by her dad, Thomas McCluskey in 2015. A visitation is scheduled from 2-3pm for Saturday, December 15 to be followed by a funeral service at 3pm held at Gary Panoch Funeral Home & Cremations, 6140 N. Federal Highway, Boca Raton, FL 33487.
