OBITUARY Cathy Montgomery January 29, 1947 – January 1, 2019 Catherine Susan Montgomery, 71, passed peacefully at her home surrounded by family and friends. Cathy was born to the late Virgil and Lina DeGraffenreid. She worked for the Federal Aviation Administration for 35 years in Kansas City.

Cathy attended Good Shepard United Methodist Church of Kansas City the past 20 years. Survivors include her husband, Jack Montgomery, of Kansas City; sons, Craig Montgomery of Kansas City, MO and Chad Montgomery and wife, Cathy Todaro-Montgomery, of Kansas City; brother, T.C. DeGraffenreid and wife, Sandy DeGraffenreid; sister, Virgene Preist; five grandchildren, Emma, Zachary, Bronson, Nico and Angelina; and one great grandchild, Kingston. FAMILY Virgil DeGraffenreid, Father Lina Cumbea, Mother Jack Montgomery, Husband Craig Montgomery, Son Chad Montgomery, Son Cathy Todaro-Montgomery, Daughter-in-law T.C. DeGraffenreid, Brother Virgene Preist, Sister Sandy DeGraffenreid, Sister-in-law Cathy also leaves five grandchildren, Emma, Zachary, Bronson, Nico and Angelina and one great grandchild, Kingston.
