Obituary for Cathy Westmoreland Waters Cathy Westmoreland Waters, age 64, of Johnson City, TN passed away Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at her residence. She was born in Fort Campbell, KY and was the daughter of the late John and Helen Bowman Westmoreland. Ms. Waters worked as an LPN.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Yvonne Bullard. Those left to cherish her memory include a son, Raymond Askea and wife Heather, Norton VA; three grandchildren, Hannah Askea, Emma Askea and Abigail Askea, all of Bristol, TN and three brothers, Melvin Westmoreland and wife Sally, Atlanta, GA, Curtis Westmoreland and Barry Westmoreland, both of Fayetteville, NC. Several nieces, nephews and a host of special friends also survive.
