Cecelia A. Nolan (nee Pfister) 94, of Abingdon, Maryland, previously of Riviera Beach for 58 years, passed away on Friday, December 21, 2018 but the important statistic is that she lived for 94 yrs, 2 months and 4 days. She was born October 17, 1924, at home in South Baltimore to the late Emma A. Pfister (nee Reeder) and Nicholas M. Pfister. She enjoyed working with the public both as a loan counselor at MECU and as a teller at Harbor Federal Savings and Loan.

She enjoyed her life being with friends and family and reminiscing about the good times. Cel loved her daily walks and was an avid reader, spending hours at the library and most recently reading on the Kindle. She also enjoyed vacationing in Ocean City with her family.

She is survived by her son, Nicholas J. Nolan and his wife, Alice W. Nolan of Abingdon, Maryland; her grandchildren G. Meagan Eades and her husband Jeremy of Sugarloaf Key, Florida, Jenna N. Buttner and her husband Scott of Bel Air, Maryland and Matthew A. Nolan and his wife Sabrina of Perry Hall, Maryland. Also survived by nine great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and brother, Jerome A. Pfister, Cel was pre-deceased by her husband, Raymond E. Nolan, daughter, Jacqueline C. Nolan and great grandson, Jacob Nolan Zorn.
