Obituary for Cecil E. Moore Jr. Cecil E. Moore, Jr. age 79 years, passed away at Mercy Hospital-Fairfield on Thursday afternoon, September 13, 2018. Mr. Moore served in the US Marine Corp and was retired from Con-Way Freight. Beloved husband of Evelyn Moore.

Dear father of Tammy (Ali) Kockaya and step father of Michael (Donna) Willson and Kathleen (Prage) Robbins. Loving grandfather of Olivia Kockaya; Miranda and Mackenzie Willson; Andrea (Matt) Garton, Nicole Robbins, Theresa (Mike) Irwin and great grandfather of Molly and Maggie Garton and Coralyn Irwin. Devoted brother of Judith (William) Brown.
