OBITUARY CELIA NEGRIN September 10, 1923 – December 15, 2018 CELIA NEGRIN, age 95, of Coconut Creek, Florida passed away on Saturday December 15, 2018. CELIA was born September 10, 1923 in Brooklyn, New York. CELIA is survived by; nephew Mitchel (Joyce) Katz and niece Rhonda Negrin.
