Obituary for Charles A. Peach Charles A. Peach 1930-2018 Prospect, CT Charles Peach of Prospect passed away peacefully on October 25th 2018, with his only son Ron by his side, after a lengthy stay at Waterbury Hospital. He was former owner of Brandywine Corporation and the founder of P&M Typesetting Inc., both Waterbury based. He retired in 2006.
In his 40 plus years in business, he provided jobs for over 350 people, received awards from the International Typographers Association, for excellence in book composition and published several hundred titles under the Brandywine label. Charles was a proud U. S. Army Veteran. Besides his son, Ronald C. Peach, and two grandsons, all of Prospect, he leaves his brother, Alfred N. Peach and wife Evelyn of Winter Haven, Florida and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his wife, Helen [Hadzega] Peach and his three brothers, Robert, Raymond and John Peach. Memorial Services are Saturday, December 8, at 11 a.m. at Prospect Congregational Church, 25 Center Street Prospect, CT. Burial was at the convenience of the family.
