On May 29, 2018 Charles “Charlie” Clifton Neal, Jr; survived by Jeanne Altman; beloved father Charles Neal III, Matthew Neal and Kathy Neal; loving grandfather of Tobias; dear brother of Penny Neal, Robert Neal, Marge Neal and Donna Gearhart. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends. A prayer service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Es, 300 Mace Avenue on Friday at 7:30 pm.

Visiting hours will be on Friday from 3-5 and 7-9 pm. Interment private.
