Obituary Charles “Chuck” A. Starace, 83, of Rockford, IL, passed away Sunday, February 24, 2019. Chuck was born in Brooklyn, NY on August 18, 1935, son of Charles A. and Theresa (Mastrangelo) Starace. He married Helen (Knillova) Starace in New Rochelle, NY the year of 1974.

Chuck was an active member at St. James Catholic Church of Belvidere for many years. He enjoyed reading, collecting things, investing, minor building projects and playing the piano. Chuck will be dearly missed.
