OBITUARY Charles Dwight Baer April 13, 1954 – October 16, 2018 Charles “Chuck” Dwight Baer, 64, of Cross Lanes went to be with the Lord October 16, 2018 at home after a long illness. Chuck was an Environmental Specialist with Bayer Corporation. He was a member of Maranatha Fellowship Church, St. Albans, and especially enjoyed fishing, good food, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Chuck served on the board of the Lake Chaweva Club. Chuck was the son of the late Harry Edwin Baer Jr. and Wanda Baer Rea. Also preceded in death by his brother, Chris Baer.

Left to cherish his memory are loving wife of 45 years, Judith “Judy” Boggess Baer of Cross Lanes; daughters, Angie Logero of Pittsburgh, PA, and Tina Strickland (Sam) of Cross Lanes; sister, Sherri Baer Keffer (Bob) of Cross Lanes; brother, Harry Baer III (Nancy) of Lexington, KY; brother-in-law, Rick Boggess (Debbie); sister-in-law, Carol Boggess Hanson (Duane); mother-in-law, Marion Boggess; grandchildren, Lydia, Rachel and Audrey Strickland, Nick and Tad Logero; and many neices and nephews. Service will be 4:00pm Sunday, October 21, 2018 at Tyler Mountain Funeral Home, 5233 Rocky Fork Road, Cross Lanes, WV 25313 with Rev. James Wright officiating.

Visitation will begin at 2:00pm Sunday until service time at the funeral home. Private burial will follow in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes. Condolences may be sent by visiting www.
