Mr. Charles “Charley” Edward Carr, 71 of Escatawpa, MS, was born on February 4, 1948, to Earnest and Mary Ellen Carr has passed away on May 16, 2019, after a long struggle with heart disease. Charley proudly served in the United States Army and was a retiree of Ingalls Shipbuilding. He is preceded in death by: his mother, Mary Ellen Carr and his father Earnest Carr.

Charley is survived by: his wife Debra Carr; his daughters, Mary (Jared) Lee, Rochelle Huber, Lori Mullins, and Cindy Heathcote; grandchildren, Garrett, and Justin Lee; and a host of many other family and friends that loved him dearly.
