Mr. Smith was born July 31, 1949 in Blytheville, Arkansas to Donald and Magdalene Smith. Mr. Smith was preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Brenda Smith.

He is survived by his daughter, Kimberly Fitzgerald and husband, Vernon of Bussy, AR; three brothers, Danny Smith of Buckner, AR, Dennis Smith of Michigan, and Steve Smith of Waldo, AR; two grandchildren, Nathan Smith and Warren Fitzgerald; and four great-grandchildren, Kaitlin Bailey, Carson Smith, Zoie Fitzgerald, and Bruce Fitzgerald. Cremation arrangements were made with Smith Funeral Homes of Stamps, AR, Thomas Street location. Memorial service to follow at a later date.
