Charles Edwin Risner, age 68, of Lake Panasoffkee passed away on May 19, 2019 in Inverness, Florida. Charles was born on August 13, 1950 in Plainwell, Michigan to Ralph and Anna (Cline) Risner. Charles moved to Lake Panasoffkee from Ohio in 2007.

Charles worked as a manager in retail sales. Charles served in the US Army for a short time. He loved to fish, hunt spend time outdoors, enjoyed sports of all types and loved guitars.

Charles is survived by his sister Donna (Dennis) Campbell of Lake Panasoffkee, brother David (Karla) Risner of Ohio, brother Paul (Robin) risner of Lake Panasoffkee, brother Lawrence (Arleen) Risner of Eastparta, Ohio, sister Sharon Tapp of Leesburg, sister Ruth Busby of Lake Panasoffkee, sister Joy Risner of Grifffin, Georgia, sister Carol (Jack) Alborn of Canton, Ohio, and many nieces and nephews.
