Charles J. Fulmer, of North Little Rock, passed away in Heritage Nursing Home and Rehab on July 10, 2018 in Conway, Arkansas at the age of 82. Charles was born on February 28, 1936 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Herman and Ida Mae (Pounders) Fulmer. He was a hardworking, well known carpenter all of his life.

Charles is survived by sons, Charles R. Fulmer of Conway; Randy S. Fulmer of North Little Rock; Ronnie D. Fulmer of Little Rock; daughters, Betty Mae Jones of North Little Rock; Melissa Fulmer Putt of Tupelo, Mississippi; fourteen grandchildren as well as a host of extended family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife of forty-six years, Laura Bell Fulmer. The Family will have a private gathering at a later date.
