December 21, 2018 Charles Richard Stemm ORANGE- Charles Richard Stemm, of West River Street, died peacefully at home on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 with his wife at his side. A celebration of Rich’s life will be held at a later date in Troy, NY along the Hudson River. There are no calling hours.

In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the Athol Area YMCA, 545 Main Street, Athol, MA 01331 Witty’s Funeral Home, 158 South Main Street, Orange, is assisting the family.
