WALKER, Charles Sherman Sr. – age 89 passed away Friday May 3, 2019 at his residence. He is preceded in death by his parents, William Edward Walker & Gracie Collins George; son, Charles Sherman Walker Jr.; siblings, Florence Wilkinson, Gertie Lee Farmer, Clyde Lee George, & Louella Woods. Survived by wife of 26 years, Janet Walker; daughters, Debbie(Earl) Ray, Lisa Chafin Brown, & Donna Chafin Medica; sons, Keith(Jackie) Chafin & Chris(Cindy) Chafin; brother, J.C. (Linda) George; grandchildren, Shane(Shanna) Ray, Sabrina (James) Davis, Charles Sherman Walker III, Spencer Chafin, Amberleigh Chafin, Tyler (Chelsea) Brown, Nicholas (Jacki) Medica, & Chance Wilmoth; great grandchildren, Cody Ray, Dawson Ray, Wyatt Davis, Adalynn Davis, Blake Walker, Elizabeth Walker, Samson Brown & Sawyer Brown; numerous nieces & nephews.

Mr. Walker was a member of Gladeville United Methodist Church, an Army veteran, and owner of Walker Construction Co. Visitation will be held on Monday May 6th 4-8 p.m. & Tuesday May 7th 1:00 p.m. until funeral service at 2:00 p.m. in the Partlow Funeral Chapel. Pastor Brad Holliman will officiate the services. Interment, Wilson Co. Memorial Gardens.
