OBITUARY Charles Smith Alexander August 25, 1936 – December 19, 2018 Charles Smith Alexander, 82, passed away December 19, 2018, in Grand Prairie, TX. He was a dedicated husband, father, grandfather, and a best friend to anyone he met. Prior to his retirement he was the owner of Metro Tool and Manufacturing in Grand Prairie, TX.

Funeral 10:00am Saturday December 22nd at Crosspoint Church of Christ 3020 Bardin Rd, Grand Prairie, TX 75052. There will be a viewing from 6:00 – 8:00 pm Friday December 21st at Bean Massey funeral home 2951 S Belt Line Rd, Grand Prairie, TX 75052. Interment will be at Moore Memorial Gardens in Arlington, TX.

A private burial will be held Monday December 24th. Charles is survived by his wife of 61 years, Sandra Black Alexander; daughter Joan Alexander Wright and Husband Brent; sons Philip and Scott Alexander; grandchildren Stacie Bodine, Stefanie Satterwhite, Storie Satterwhite, Makayle Alexander, Devin Erickson, Blake and Chase Alexander, and great-grand daughter Eloise Kirkham. He is also survived by his sisters Mary Armstrong of Sherman, TX and Sue Works of San Antonio, TX.
