She is survived by her children Michael (Jovanka) Hicks & Floyd (Dawn) Hicks; grandchildren Brandon (Chelsey) Hicks, Bailey Hicks, Austin Hicks, Drake Hicks, Tyson Hicks, Riley Hicks, Kaleigh Hicks, & Kameron Hicks; great grandchild Orion Hicks; nieces; nephews; and cousins.

Charlotte is preceded in death by her parents Robert & Norma (nee Mitchell) Sullivan and her son Charles Hicks. As an expression of sympathy the family prefers memorial contributions to: Family Wishes Private family services will be held.
