Charlotte Fletcher passed from this earth on March 20, 2019. She will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband, Robert Fletcher (Bob) at Arlington National Cemetery later this summer. Born to Frank and Augusta Wenger on December 11, 1940, she was raised in the Washington, D.C. area where, at the age of 15, she met her future husband.

In the late 1960’s and early 1970’s, she traveled the world with her husband.
