Chasity Hulin-Martin, 31, of 1646 Chardale DR Lot 8, Clemmons died on June 13th at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. She was born in Winston-Salem on September 20, 1986 to Lawrence Martin, JR and Sharon Martin. Chasity was a loving and caring person.

Surviving are her parents Lawrence Martin, JR and Sharon Martin, two daughters Cheyenne Hulin and Alexis Hulin, and two sons Kaleb Hulin and Drake Hulin. She had two brothers Shane Martin and Dylan Martin. Chasity will be missed dearly by her family and friends.

She will always be in our heart. .
