It is with great sadness that the family of Cheryl Rosipal announces her passing on Tuesday November 13, 2018. She was 63. Cheryl Wood Rosipal was born in Aberdeen, Maryland to her parents Charles Wood, Sr. and MaryAnn Butler.

She met the love of her life, her husband William (“Buck”) Rosipal when she was 13 years old. Cheryl traveled the world with Bill through his Army years, and they returned home to settle in Pittsburgh to begin their long love affair. Cheryl had an infectious smile, and brightened up a room when she entered it.

She loved camping, fishing and being outdoors. She was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, and had the closet full of jerseys to prove it. Her best times were those spent with family playing cards and board games.

Cheryl is preceded in death by her father Charles Sr., and her brother Kerry Scott (“Butch”) Wood. She sadly leaves behind her beloved husband Bill, her son T.J., her granddaughter Caitlynn, her mother MaryAnn her brother Charles Jr. (“Chuck”) and his wife Kim, and her uncle William Slippy. She is survived by dozens of sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews who will remember her always.

We send our deepest condolences to her loved ones during this difficult time.
