Obituary for Christel A. Belke Christel A. Belke, nee Kurtz was born December 25, 1927 and passed away May 8, 2018. She is survived by her daughters: Donna (late William) Benevich, Diane Sherey and Dorothy (Rick) Buck. Proud Grandmother of David Sherey, Pamela Sherey and Kelly (Jeff) Peters, nee Buck.

Great Grandchildren Mayla Sherey and Addison Peters. She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years Harold A. Belke, her infant brother Theodore Kurtz, her sister Lillian Palilonis, her father Emil Kurtz and mother Myrtle Kurtz, nee Hanson. She worked at Clorox Com.

, Armor Com. , Walgreens and the Federal Reserve Bank in Chicago. She moved to California in 1963 and spent 30 years donating her time and talents for the Good Shephard Lutheran Home of the West Ladies Organization for special needs children.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2018 from 10 AM until time of Celebration of Life Service 12 noon at FORAN FUNERAL HOME 7300 W. Archer Ave. (55th St. just West of Harlem). Inurnment Bethania Cemetery.
