FROSTBURG- Christina Ann Winner, 56, of Frostburg passed away on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at the WMHS Frostburg Nursing and Rehab Center. Born January 8, 1962 in Frostburg, she was the daughter of the late Raymond Richards, Sr. and the late Helen E. (Green) Richards. Christina was employed at the WMHS Frostburg Nursing and Rehab Center.

She enjoyed going to Pirate baseball games, baking and spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband Timothy W. Winner, a son Joshua Winner of Frostburg, daughters, Victoria Winner and Elicia Winner of Frostburg; a brother, Raymond Richards, Jr. and wife Tara of Frostburg; niece, Katie Richards, and nephew, Kaleb Richards. Friends will be received at the Sowers Funeral Home on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home on Thursday, December 27th at 11 a.m. with the Rev.

George M. Harpold officiating. Interment will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens.
