Christine A. Durstine, 60, of Latrobe, died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2018, at home. She was born May 22, 1958, in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Robert G. and Dorothy C. Murphy Durstine.

Christine was employed by Pace Industries, Derry. When she wasn’t working, she loved to spend time in Myrtle Beach with her sister and daughters. She enjoyed cooking for friends and family and was kind and caring and enjoyed helping others.

Her family hopes that she is remembered for her sense of humor and her memorable laughter. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robert J. Durstine. She is survived by her daughters, Crystal Durstine (Nicholas MacLachlan), of Cumming, GA.

, and Chelsie Kerila (Ryan), of Crabtree; sister, Jeanne Macey (Thomas), of Latrobe; brother, James J. Durstine, of Mt. Pleasant; nephews, Thomas and Jacob (Jessica) Macey; and her close friends and co-workers at Pace Industries. As per Christine’s wish, services were private.

Christine’s family has entrusted her care to the Pantalone Funeral Home Inc., Greensburg. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Heart Association, 444 Liberty Ave. , Suite 1300, Pittsburgh, PA 15222 or the Welcome Home Shelter, 218 S. Maple Ave.
