Obituary for Christine Ann Voelker Christine Ann Voelker, 66 of Green Bay, unexpectedly passed away on December 1st 2018, following a long hard fought battle of complicated illnesses. Christine was born to the late James and Joyce ( Banta) Murray on December 30th 1951. Christine married Steven B. Voelker on September 5th, 1970, and together they had 3 children, William, Nicole, and Chad.

Christine had a successful 26 year career as a Registered Nurse at Bellin Hospital and Aurora BayCare. Christine was a loving Wife, Daughter, Sister, Mother, Grandmother, and compassionate Nurse. She loved spending time with her family, especially at Kelly Lake.

Christine will always be remembered for her cooking and her exuberant story telling. She made the best German Chocolate cake and Christmas candy, and her stories would keep a campfire entertaining all night long. She loved going on adventures with her sisters.

She loved spending time with her grandchildren, especially to bake and decorate cookies or cake. She is survived by her ever caring ex husband Stephen Voelker, children William (Jayne) Voelker, Nicole (Timothy) Geocaris, Chad (Jennifer) Voelker; grandchildren Megan and Samantha Voelker, Timothy and Thomas Geocaris, Max, Brittany, Charlie, Kylie, and Lincoln Voelker; and sisters Vickie (James) Hunt, Jillaine (Dale) Seltzer, Dawn Murray, and Maria (Jeffrey) Boll. She is preceded in death by her parents James and Joyce Murray and her brothers James and Joel Murray.
